Castle Lane in Victoria is a new build residential development of 28 flats and 3 townhouses due for completion in Spring 2018. The original design and planning permission was obtained by Rare Architects.
Our clients, Sons & Co., bought the site with planning and commissioned TW-2 Architects to review the design, negotiate planning permissions, produce construction drawings and provide site co-ordination. TW-2 Architects improved all of the internal layouts and despite covenants restricting building heights were able to provide an additional floor of penthouse accommodation to enhance and maximise the value of the development.
