18b Charles Street is a grade II building (originally constructed in 1905) that was formerly in use as office space. When acquired the project came with planning consent for conversion into residential property. The scheme was redesigned to include 5 luxury residential apartments and a 24 hour concierge across 7 floors including the lower ground.
TW-2 led project from RIBA Stage 4 to completion.
