Initially designated for office use, the property underwent a significant transformation when the previous owners secured planning consent for its conversion into 35 apartments. Building upon this foundation, the design reimagined the scheme, strategically enhancing the number of bedrooms and bathrooms throughout, ultimately contributing £3 million to the Gross Development Value.
