Situated in the heart of Berkhamsted, this newly crafted 3550-square-foot, four-bedroom residence beautifully captured our client’s vision for a thoroughly modern family home. Spanning three floors interconnected by a striking feature staircase, the house is a testament to contemporary design.
The seamless flow of open-plan living spaces is accentuated by expansive glazing, seamlessly connecting the interior with the rear garden. A design highlight includes the first floor extending at the rear, creating a shaded modern colonnaded walkway.
Noteworthy for its commitment to environmental excellence, this property earned the prestigious Berkhamsted Citizens Association Environment Award in 2013.
TW-2 led the project across all RIBA Work Stages to completion.
