Located in close proximity to the centre of Berkhamsted, this new 3550sqft four bed property reflects our client’s brief to create a highly contemporary family home. The house is arranged over 3 floors which are connected via a feature staircase.
The open plan living spaces are connected with the rear garden through the large expansion of glazing. The first floor projects at the rear to provide shading to the modern colonnaded walkway. The house was the winner of the Berkhamsted Citizens Association Environment Award 2013.
TW-2 led project across all RIBA Work Stages to completion.
