The Grange is an imposing Arts & Crafts house. The good proportions give a grandeur that belies its relatively modest size of 4,200sqft which was defined by green belt restrictions. The house has abio-mass boiler for heating. The house was featured in an article in The Mail on Sunday and won a Master Builder of the Year Award for best new build house in the South East for Frithsden Construction.
TW-2 led project across all RIBA Work Stages to completion.
